Ordinary stevia production line

Ordinary stevia production line is as a design basis in accordance with the following conditions: Stevia leaf contains glycosides of 8 10%, theoretical calculations 12 tons of Stevia leaf extract 1 ton of sugar design. According to the manufacture is to produce 300 days a year, 24 hours a day. Products containing total glycosides ≥ 90% of the ordinary stevia (China National Standard premium products) . The manufacturing line can be divided into an annual output of 50 tons, 100 tons, 200 tons, 400 tons, 600 tons, 800 tons and 1000 tons. The main equipment, construction section is divided into: soaking, flocculation, solid-liquid separation, precision filtration, adsorption, desalination and bleaching, de-alcohol and concentration, spray drying.
